Role Responsibilities:
- Management of Boiler and Pressure Systems
- Management Specialised Ventilation System
- Management of Piped Medical Gas services
- Providing technical support to hospital FM teams, as well as NHS service users
- Managing plant and equipment maintenance in line with agreed levels
- Supervising and overseeing contractor activities on hospital plant
- Providing authorised person duties to ensure compliance with HTM’s and regulatory standards
- Proactively assisting in the ongoing development of FM services
- Demonstrating knowledge and leadership in a multitude of engineering principles
- ONC / HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline, ideally with a trade background
- Previous experience in management of Hard FM Services within a hospital or similar environment
- Currently a holder of or previously held appointment as:
- Authorised Person Boilers and Pressure Systems
- Authorised Person Ventilation
- Authorised Person Medical Gas Pipeline Systems
