Job Summary:
They are seeking an experienced M&E Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for a state-of-the-art data centre project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E systems, project management, and data centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the commissioning process for all mechanical and electrical systems in the data centre through level 4&5 testing.
Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient commissioning.
Overseeing site inspections and testing to verify system performance and compliance with design specifications.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process.
Ensure all commissioning documentation is complete and accurate.
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present commissioning reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent in a related field.
Experience in M&E commissioning, preferably in data centre projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and fire protection.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in commissioning software and tools.
