NRL Teesside is growing.


Due to ongoing workload and success NRL Teesside is looking to add a Recruitment Resourcer to the team to assist with the sourcing of suitable candidates for our vacancies.


This role will offer full training and the successful candidate will have the opportunity of developing into a Trainee Recruitment Consultant


 


You will:
  • Source and identify potential candidates to match vacancy requirements
  • Screen potential candidates for suitability
  • Request and administer documentation
  • Keep NRL database up to date
  • Carry out necessary recruitment admin duties
  • Answer telephone enquiries
  • Review application and short list
  • Maintain candidate relationships
  • Ensure processes and compliance procedures are followed
 

You must:
  • Have a willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude
  • Excellent telephone skills/manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Great communication skills
